How to Use Voxia with Zapier

Create a Zapier Account (if you haven’t already)

  • Sign up or log in at Zapier.

Start a New Zap

  • From your Zapier dashboard, click Create Zap.
  • In the Zap editor, choose a Trigger (e.g., “Call Ended” from Voxia).

Connect Your Voxia Account

  • Search for Voxia in the trigger step.
  • Follow the prompts to authorize Zapier to access your Voxia account (you may need your Voxia API key).

Configure the Trigger

  • Select the specific event (e.g., “Call Ended”).
  • Test the trigger to ensure Zapier can retrieve data from Voxia.

Set Up the Action(s)

  • Choose an Action app (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.) or pick one of the Voxia actions listed above if you want a Voxia-to-Voxia workflow.
  • Define the action event (e.g., “Add Contact to Campaign”).
  • Map the data from the trigger to the required fields in the action step.
  • Test the action to ensure everything is working correctly.

Turn On Your Zap

  • Name your Zap and turn it on.
  • Zapier will now automatically run this workflow whenever the trigger event occurs in Voxia.
